Decima was engaged to support renovation efforts for a Dearborn Public Schools facility located in Dearborn Heights. The project involved a series of coordinated tasks aimed at improving interior spaces for functionality and aesthetics. Our scope of work included:

• Demolition and Removal

  • Safe removal of existing carpet tiles and acoustic ceiling panels to prepare for new installations.

• Interior Reconfiguration

  • Ceiling rework to accommodate newly constructed partition walls and the installation of glass doors, aligning with updated layout requirements.

• Finishes and Surface Treatments

  • Installation of new carpet flooring throughout designated areas.

  • Application of wall protection systems to preserve surfaces in high-traffic zones.

  • Fresh interior painting to provide a clean and updated look.

• Mechanical and Electrical Modifications

  • Relocation of existing thermostats, ventilation grilles, and sprinkler heads to align with the new room configurations.

  • Electrical system adjustments and upgrades to support new layouts and fixture placements.
