Decima LLC served as a subcontractor under KEO Associates Inc. for a City of Detroit project focused on transforming shipping containers into modern retail spaces. Our scope of work included:

• Conversion of Containers:
  Modification of two (2) 40-foot and one (1) 20-foot shipping containers into fully functional retail units.

• Site Preparation:

  • Site grading

  • Installation of concrete pads for secure container placement

• Infrastructure Installation:

  • Underground electrical systems

  • Installation of new HVAC systems

• Interior Build-Out:

  • Drywall installation

  • Painting

  • New interior electrical wiring

• Exterior Enhancements:

  • Landscaping improvements to elevate the site’s functionality and visual appeal
